In Nashville it is not returning…it is already here….companies are starting to realize that Talent is the name of the game and it is time to do whatever it takes to not only attract but keep the top performers in their organizations.
Companies have to stop thinking in the traditional ways and start to embrace things like remote work arrangements, flexible schedules, the ability to devote a portion of their time at work to pet projects, bonuses tied to areas other than overall company performance, etc…..
the companies that do what it takes to attract the best and brightest will get them….and the ones that don’t wont….it is that simple….
